We started in 2007 as a sole proprietor business with a desire to connect small businesses with technology. In 2022 we transformed into a corporation with a localized mindset and a global outreach. We are a woman-owned, minority-ran holding company. We operate under two subsidiaries: business and technology services and asset management.

We have over 23 years of experience providing technology solutions in various industries including state government, healthcare, banking, finances, non-profit, and small to mid-size businesses.
